Wondering just how well a 2012 Boss 302 would do against a 2010 Camaro SS ? Check out this video and decide for yourself.

This is not a factory video, it's two professional drivers dueling out on the racetrack.

And it just keeps pulling !

The new 2012 Boss 302 specs are substantial, and include a high output version of the new 5.0 liter Mustang V8 which produces 440 horsepower. And it was fitting that Parnelli Jones was back to introduce the new 2012 Boss 302 and Boss Laguna Seca models.

Based on what I've seen with the posted horsepower on the 5.0 and actual rear wheel horsepower, I wouldn't be surprised to see a more realistic 500 horsepower for the Boss.

Compare this to the original 1969 Boss 302 specs and you'll see an increase of some 150 horsepower in stock form.
