I have a 1969 Ford Mustang coupe, with a rebuilt front end. Will the front end 1969 Mustang coupe parts fit on a 1965 Mustang?

To be perfectly clear, the answer to whether 1969 Mustang coupe parts fit on A 1965 Mustang is an unequivocal.... YES and No !

Unfortunately only a few of these front end suspension parts are interchangeable with the 1965 Mustang.

If you have the upper 4 bolt ball joints, they will fit, but not the strut rod bushings, nor the coils springs, nor do the lower or upper control arms.

The coil spring saddle is the same, but as far as I know that's all of the 1969 Mustang coupe parts fitting on a 1965 Mustang.

These changes in the newer generation Mustang were as a result of a number of other changes, including the need for a larger engine bay capable of holding a big block V8 and a heavier car.
